Cornwallis Vets Ltd is a privately owned, mixed animal veterinary practice with two clinics located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, NS.  Our primary clinic in Kentville offers a full range of medical services.  We also operate a satellite clinic in Three Mile Plains.  Our large animal practice offers services within a 100km radius, providing veterinary care for all farm animal needs.

We currently employ a total of 14 veterinarians – 5 of whom work exclusively in large animal practice and 9 who work in small animal practice.  Our clinic offers emergency services for our large animal clients and is fulfilled by the full time large animal vets on a rotational basis.

We are currently seeking a full-time Large Animal Veterinarian who is interested in working with an assortment of farm animals, from small ruminant to bovine, swine, equine and/or poultry, either with previous experience or a desire to learn.

We provide a competitive salary, benefits, a vehicle, cell phone, a generous CE allowance and payment of all license fees.  Working in a large clinic also enables mentorship and learning opportunities and allows for consultations with many others on the team.
