We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and is passionate about animal care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience, with the potential for professional growth in a progressive, collaborative environment. The position is to provide coverage for a 12-month maternity leave with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.

What We’re Looking For:
- Work experience as a receptionist or front desk staff strongly desirable
- Expected to be technically proficient
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Pre-existing knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Compassionate nature with the ability to empathize and interact effectively with
clients and their pets
